Thanks Dennis, such great advice. I am definitely on-track for the movement and exercise you recommend, and I don't have too much sugar, but I really would struggle without caffeine, I think. I have kind of okayed it though, as it is pretty much my only vice (teetotal and non-smoker).

Yes me too. Coffee or tea ☕️

And maybe the occasional chocolate 🤣

Not saying I’m perfect

I am guilty of all of that

Perfect doesn't exist. Shoot for great, most of the time 😎

Caffeine in the right amount at the right time of day is no vice. Rather a performance enhancer

Phew! Thanks Dennis! 🙏

Great advice Dennis. I love my desserts THE most, but try to simultaneously be aware and move around, eat less sugar!

Dennis Berry's avatar

Yes, awareness is everything. Baby steps. Enjoy your life too, whatever that means to you.

I live with a Body Hacker who's also a sugar addict! We have brilliant moments eating cake in our hyperbaric chamber 😂🍰

LOL! I have my moments with the chocolate too... it's really my only outside coping mechanism... other than working.

I think I need to get a hyperbaric chamber 😂

Oh dear I’m done for then 🤪

Yes, if we're all being honest, I am in and out of the chocolate. I don't drink, so it's my only coping skill (besides working LOL)

So true. Made so many mistakes for years with my dietary habits that zapped my energy, ability to focus and execute. Discounting the value of sleep is also a massive roadblock.

Dennis Berry's avatar

Exactly! I think we've all made that mistake. Food is fuel... make sure you're fueling your visions well.

Good tips Dennis. I left soccer and tennis for walking the dog 🤣. Too much writing these days.

Yes, and those dog walks give us more insight than any youtube video ever can.
